Dear TSA Families,

Per the September 3, 2020 Director’s Order from the Ohio Department of Health, we are providing families with this required notification that a student has tested positive for COVID-19. Our thoughts are with this individual and we hope they have a speedy and full recovery.

The health department has been notified and messages will been sent to any individuals who will need to quarantine or isolate as a result of this diagnosis. The purpose of this message is to inform you that a case of COVID-19 has been confirmed per the ODH Director’s Order.

It is important for all of us to continue to monitor and if any of the symptoms for COVID-19 listed below are exhibited, please take immediate steps with your healthcare provider:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the TSA COVID team by texting or calling 419-664-4097.

Sincerely,

Dr. Doug Mead
