Hello TSA Families!
I hope your summer is fantastic, healthy, and safe! TSA is getting ready for the 2026/2027 School Year.
When you return we will continue to use our current system for Drop Off and Pick Up we used the last two years. Remember, when picking up in the afternoon, please park and wait for your student to find you. Otherwise, we have a 4 or 5 block traffic line on Madison.
Please note, enter through the dock entrance for Student Schedule Pick up on August 6th and 7th. In this mailing you will find:
• Instructions for Back-to-School Forms & Scheduling appointment for Schedule Pick-Up Day
• Updated Calendar for the Year (dates subject to change)
• Junior/Senior High Supply Lists
• The Arts Courses Supply Lists (specific to your students’ art electives)
• Transportation Information Sheet
• Parent Org Information Sheet
• Healthy Family Healthy Start Information
• Child Identification (ID) Kit information and form
The link provided below is for the Nurse forms (Allergy and Medication Forms) and
informational forms regarding medical conditions. Paper copies will be available at schedule pick-up.
Remember access to the on-line forms that ALL families must complete is open. Please help us out by planning to complete your child’s forms in a timely manner. We are still making offers to new students and your timely completion of these forms will greatly impact the enrollment process.

2026-2027 REQUIRED FORMS (ALL NEW AND RETURNING STUDENTS):
Back to School Forms are now available for Parents to complete.
Please go to each enrolled student and click the continue button to view all the forms which must be completed. Once all forms are complete, please schedule an appointment for Schedule Pick Up.
Schedule Pick Up Schedule:
Thursday, August 6
- 12:00-2:30 p.m.
- 3:30-6:00 p.m.
Friday, August 7
- 9:00-11:30 a.m.
- 12:30-3:00 p.m.
Appointments are required. Walk–ins are not accepted.
Expect to spend over an hour at the event.
Please note: even though all forms are complete and you have scheduled your appointment, your checklist will NOT show 100% complete. Only after you and your student attend Schedule Pick Up will it show as 100% completed.
*If you have changed your address, please notify Laurie Mitchell at lmitchell@ts4arts.org, or if you will not be attending TSA in the 2022-27 school year, please let us know as soon as possible.
