Typically some 200 parents of students at Toledo School for the Arts belong to the Parents’ Organization. We support the school through volunteering, serving as a voice for parents, and fundraising. Being involved lets us get to know other TSA families and faculty and staff. Our involvement gives us a better understanding of our children’s day-to-day life at school—and it helps keep the school strong.
As a result of working together, we form friendships and foster a sense of community at the school. Even if you cannot attend meetings, opportunities for involvement exist to fit every schedule.

Senior graduation signs
Staff appreciation luncheon
Staff appreciation gifts
TSA endowment fund
Restoration of the school garden
Refreshments for events such as open house, college night, etc.
Student travel to arts events
Guest conductors and speakers

We meet at the school, third Tuesday of the month, 6 p.m. in the Student Commons (enter at back door, immediate right).

Practically free! Our $20 member dues can be used to pay for school performances. Families that attend performances of their student and their student’s friends find that our dues are NOT an additional expense. In fact, many families end up saving money on performances.
