Dear TSA Community-
I wanted to provide an update regarding the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19).
Our Administrative Leadership Team is meeting regularly in order to monitor this very fluid situation. As information from the CDC, government, and health agencies is available, we will continue to work in creating a comprehensive and flexible strategy that addresses both safety and learning.
Mr. Parsons is also working on creating a “Corona Virus Update Tab” on the website where information will be posted and archived. I will let you know when this is completed and operational.
In the meantime, I wanted to pass along the following information:

Events and Trips
As of today, we have not cancelled any events or trips. TSA is aware of the guidance provided by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine regarding the postponing of events or trips that involve 100 or more people. We will continue to review scheduled events and trips on a case-by-case basis and will provide immediate communication if any postponements or cancellations are determined.
Plans for Alternative Learning
TSA faculty and staff met this afternoon to review plans for providing alternative and electronic education if school were to close. Communication will be provided to parents and students regarding how to access class materials, as well as opportunities to meet with teachers directly during designated times of the week.
