Official transcript requests for college applications must be made through the student’s Naviance account.
If an official transcript is needed for a scholarship application, a transcript request form must be completed and returned to Mrs. Hough.
Completed forms can be mailed, faxed, dropped off or emailed. Please give the counseling office 3 school days to complete your request. Any requests made with less than 3 school days notice, may result in postmark deadlines not being met.
Current students and their parents may request an unofficial copy of the student’s transcript by emailing Mrs. Hough at email@example.com
The Class of 2019’s final transcript will be sent to the college that the students indicated on their pink check out form (& confirmed at senior check out).
The counseling office will close for the summer and will re-open the beginning of August. All transcript requests must be received by June 7, 2019 to ensure submission before the counseling office closes for the summer.
If there is an urgent transcript request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include all of the information below. This email will be checked periodically (except for June 21-30), for urgent transcript requests only. All other issues will be addressed after the office re-opens.
Please be sure to give at least 3-business days to complete your request.
1. Your name at graduation.
2. The year you graduated.
3. The name and address of where you would like your transcript sent.
4. What is the date the transcript needs to be received.
5. A phone number you can be reached with any questions.
Graduates and former students may request an official transcript by supplying the required information below via a written request on paper or in an email.
