Five of TSA’s String Orchestra students earned auditioned seats in the orchestras at the 2018 Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp in Michigan’s Manistee National Forest.

CJ Lyphout (Viola) was named to the Blue Lake International Youth Symphony Orchestra, touring France, Germany, and Luxemborg during the summer tour.

Lyla Damas (Viola) earned a seat in the Masterworks Orchestra, continuing the TSA streak of students named to the ensemble.

Ben Niedzielski (Viola) was seated third chair in the Symphony Orchestra viola section.

Eli McVay (Violin) and Sophia Krauss (Viola) were named section leaders of the Concert Orchestra- Eli named Principal 2nd Violin and Sophia Principal Viola.

TSA String and Wind students have been part of the Blue Lake ensembles for several years.  The camp attracts talented students from across the U.S. to perform and learn under top instructors dedicated to the advancement of student musicianship.
