Families with students returning next year were not required to complete any separate re-enrollment paperwork.
Parent signatures on students’ schedule request forms from the Guidance Department served as notification of your
intent to re-enroll. There is no need to log into your Parent Portal in the SchoolAdmin software until you receive your
mid-July mailing of back to school forms.
Fees for 2017-18 have been assessed and are viewable in PowerSchool. An invoice is enclosed if you have a balance,
which is due by Friday, June 2. Please note that any applicable sibling discounts and financial aid due to free/reduced
meal eligibility have already been applied in the “payment” section of the enclosed invoice. You may bring payments to
the front office using cash, money order, check or credit cards. Payments can also be made online using your eFunds
account accessible from our website www.ts4arts.org>Parents>Online Payments (convenience fee may apply). If it is
your first time creating an account, you will need your student’s ID number which is printed on the invoice.
Effective Monday, May 1st, students must have either a positive balance on their lunch account or bring payment via
check or cash in order to make lunchroom purchases. Students participating in the free/reduced meal program will still
receive breakfast and lunch, but may not charge any extra a la carte items. Any amounts due must be paid by the end of
the year; all positive balances will carry over to next year.
Support staff will maintain their regular schedules until Friday, June 16. The Business and Development Offices will be
open Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 2PM throughout the remainder of the summer.
Work Permits will be issued in the third floor office until Friday, June 16. Students who need a permit after this date
should contact Ms. Leah Williams, Human Resources and Diversity Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org (x 228).
Please note that you will be required to provide a proof of age as well as the completed work permit application with
both employer and physician signatures before the work permit can be issued. Please note that work permits take time
to process, so you will not receive your permit on the same day that you turn in your application and supporting
Please note that students who will be in 7th or 12th grade in 2017-18 are required by the Ohio Department of Health to
have new vaccinations (Grade 7= TDAP booster and meningitis; Grade 12=meningitis). This is intended to give you
adequate notice to schedule appointments as needed so you can provide documentation of compliance during Schedule
