Official transcript requests for college applications must be made through the student’s Naviance account.
If an official transcript is needed for a scholarship application, a transcript request form must be completed and returned to Mrs. Hough.
Completed forms can be mailed, faxed, dropped off or emailed. Please give the guidance department 3 school days to complete your request. Any requests made with less than 3 school days notice, may result in postmark deadlines not being met.
Current students and their parents may request an unofficial copy of the student’s transcript by emailing Mrs. Hough at firstname.lastname@example.org
Graduates and former students may request an official transcript by supplying the required information below via a written request on paper or in an email.

* Current telephone number
* Complete name and address of the college or organization to which the transcript is to be mailed.
